Martin Cepkauskas
Director

Marty Cepkauskas is the Director of Real Estate for the Western Properties Division of the Hearst Corporation. As Director of Real Estate, he is involved with the real estate management of Hearst's historic properties including agricultural land in California and several commercial/industrial buildings in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Marty also headed up the conservation transaction with the State of California and the American Land Conservancy for preserving the historic 82,000-acre Hearst Ranch in San Simeon, which received the Governor's Environmental Award in 2006.

Marty received a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union College in Schenectady, New York; a MS degree in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of California, Berkeley; and an MBA degree from Saint Mary's College in Moraga, CA.
