- Senior Individual (age 65+) - $25/year

All members of the San Francisco Museum and Historical Society receive the following benefits:
- The Argonaut, our semi-annual journal featuring in-depth articles on the city's history
- Panorama, the Society's quarterly magazine of articles and upcoming events
- Free admission* to monthly programs
- Free admission* to periodic Member Tours of the Old Mint.
(There is a limit of one paid guest per membership.)
- Early notice of special walking tours and excursions
- Preferential pricing* at selected special events
* Benefit covers one person for Individual, Senior Individual and Student memberships and two persons in the same household for Dual Senior and Family memberships.
Sustaining Membership ($100/year)
- All Basic Benefits for up to two persons in the same household
- Choice of a free book celebrating San Francisco (value $15 to $20)
- Two guest passes for monthly programs or Member Tours of the Old Mint (value up to $10)
- Invitation to a special reception at the Old Mint
- Recognition in Panorama
Contributing Membership ($250/year)
- All Basic Benefits for up to two persons in the same household
- Choice of a free book celebrating San Francisco (value $30 to $40)
- Five guest passes for monthly programs or Member Tours of the Old Mint (value up to $25)
- Credit of up to $50 in additional discounts which may be applied to admission to special excursions or events (at the member's discretion)
- Invitation to special reception at the Old Mint
