San Francisco Historical Society’s new home is at the epicenter of old San Francisco, on the site of the first U.S. branch mint in the West. Montgomery Street, one-half block away, marks the original waterline of Yerba Buena Cove.

Join us on October 7 from 5:30 to 8:30 for wine, soft drinks, and appetizers. Tour the museum and office space. Meet Historical Society Board of Directors and staff. And enjoy a sneak peek at our first exhibit, Gold Fever! The exhibit officially opens the following day, on October 8.
