SFHS Members: Use This Form to Sign Up for Walking Tours

This form is for current SFHS members. PLEASE use the comments area to specify the total number of attendees (if more than one); reservations need to be requested at least 24 hours before tour starts; to sign up for multiple tours, please fill out a separate form per tour; you only need to fill out your NAME, EMAIL, and TOUR NAME (phone numbers and address are useful to provide, but only on one form). Please purchase non-member tickets here if some of the people in your party are not SFHS members.
